Will creatine make me gain weight?
Without a loading phase (Fluxco doesn’t require one), this effect is generally mild and tends to level off within a couple of weeks.
Why gelatin? I’m vegetarian — can I take these?
Fluxco uses a gelatin-pectin hybrid because it makes the gummy taste significantly better. Most creatine gummies use pectin only, and the texture suffers for it. We tried it both ways. Gelatin always wins.
So no, these aren’t vegetarian — but if texture and taste are what keep you taking creatine every day, that’s the tradeoff we made.
What about the sugar?
